About this Project:
Apollo Group Ireland, were appointed as electrical contractors on the recently completed Clongriffin development in North Dublin.
The large residential development spanning over 400,000 sq ft consists of just under four hundred, 1,2 and 3 bed apartments with communal spaces across two floors including reception, two kitchens, co-working/office spaces, a cinema, two lounges, toilets/changing rooms, a gym, spinning and yoga room, and an outdoor patio.
The project managed by main contractors Twinlite was designed by leading Architects McCauley Daye O’Connell Architects and ancillary services including plumbing by LMC.
